Our commercial design and construction experience includes office buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, restaurants, apartment buildings, and a full service threshold inspection team. Our residential design experience includes large residential tract developments, for both single and multi-family structures, high-end custom homes, site observation services and more. Since hurricane Andrew devastated Florida in 1992, we have been a recognized leader in setting the standard in residential structural design.

Lindemann Bentzon Bojack currently employs a staff of 60 employees, handles over 15,000 jobs, and prints over 700,000 construction documents per year.
In addition to design and engineering, we provide an extensive array of plan data management capabilities. Utilizing the latest technologies available, we developed a custom in-house management system that enables us to accurately track projects at every phase of the design process. This information is also live on our external website (data center and www.lbbe.mobi) for clients to access. This capability strengthens our client relationship by maintaining project notes as an open book.
Lindemann Bentzon Bojack also employs several expert CAD users that aid in the automation of the entire construction documentation process. Recently we embarked on several other customization projects in-house, using services from both Avatech Solutions AutoDesk and Keymark_Technologies. These new applications not only help shorten the design process further they assist in automating a variety of ongoing engineering tasks. Some of the other leading edge projects currently underway include automated DWF book creation, drawing log and revision tracking, custom Configurator applications, Intranet and Extranet.
Over the next 6-12 months, Lindemann Bentzon Bojack will continue to form strategic relationships with other companies to further strengthen our products and services. For example, the new buzz word in the housing industry is “Complete House Design”, which includes Truss & Wall Panel designs. This is an area where we already have both current and pilot projects.
As an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program) company, we eagerly open our doors to new opportunities and endeavors that support our current and future business models. We’re excited to announce a new online CAD training division (cadlibonline.com) that provides e-class content for many of the Building Design software packages provided by Autodesk. Future services will include a private provider Inspection Company, Truss Design Services, a Construction Finance Management Web site and Cad Management Automation services.
